Residential Cleaning Services

A Standard cleaning is a basic service that provides the cleaning of exposed areas.

A deep cleaning is often an option when the home has not been professionally serviced in the last 1-3 Months. A deep cleaning provides the technicians with additional time to provide detailing of the home. If you have particular areas in the home that would need special attention, it’s best to inform the us in the main office who will then update the cleaner.

A move in/out cleaning is best described as a reset of the home, preparing it for a new resident. It is often used for individuals who are planning to relocate. The service includes the inside of cabinets, closets and ONE of each appliance. Too Green requires that the home is at least 90% empty by the time service begins. Our technicians will clean around any areas not empty if reasonable and possible.

A standard cleaning is the cleaning of exposed surfaces whereas a deep cleaning includes more attention to detail such as baseboards and window ledges! Upgrading your cleaning to a Deep Cleaning would provide the technician with more time to work in detailing.


For example if the kitchen hasn’t been cleaned in over a month it will require additional time to bring up to a standard condition.

A standard cleaning is only the cleaning of exposed areas in the home and a Move In/out cleaning includes the inside of cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, inside of closets and (1) of each appliance. Any additional appliance is at an additional rate.

The number of technicians may vary depending on the size of the home and cleaner availability. Pricing includes (1) ONE cleaner. To guarantee an additional cleaner is at an additional rate.

For residential properties there is a time range between 1-2 Hours for a technician to arrive. We can not guarantee a specific time outside the time range for appointments.

Yes! Common area cleaning is at the minimum of two and a half hours (2.5) and includes ONE full bathroom in the cleaning.  

There are over 20 premium upgrades that can be added to your service. Check our booking page here to view.

All appointment cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment to avoid forfeit of full deposit made. All clients that cancel their appointment after 48 hours are not subject to refund. They will receive a credit that will be valid for 6 months.  You may reschedule to a new date and time. 

Commercial Cleaning Services

Our estimated hourly rate for commercial cleaning is competitive and may vary based on the scope of the job and specific requirements. Typically, our services start at $70.40 per hour, with a minimum of 2.5 hours per session.

Yes, we offer both in-person or virtual walk-through opportunities to assess your commercial cleaning needs. During these consultations, we can discuss your specific requirements, customize a cleaning plan, and provide an accurate quote.

We offer net 30 payment terms for our commercial clients. You can make payments using checks or credit/debit cards, providing flexibility and convenience for your payment preferences.

Special Services

Post-Construction Cleaning ​

The rate for post-construction cleaning is based on the square footage of the property and the specific cleaning stage required (Stage 1 $0.55 per sqft or Stage 2 $0.75 per sqft). Rates may vary depending on the size and condition of the space.

Stage 1 post-construction cleaning refers to the initial cleaning that takes place after construction work is completed. In this stage, the construction team typically has been contracted to perform the cleanup and the Stage 2 cleaning is outsourced to professionals.

Stage 2 post-construction cleaning is the secondary cleaning that occurs after a Stage 1 cleanup. Properties that have already undergone Stage 1 cleaning may require a Stage 2 cleaning to refresh the space to livable standards, ensuring it is ready for occupancy.

A Stage 1 cleaning typically involves:

  • Removing debris and construction materials.
  • Dusting and cleaning surfaces, including walls and ceilings.
  • Cleaning windows, frames, and sills.
  • Cleaning fixtures and appliances.
  • Vacuuming and mopping floors.
  • Ensuring a basic level of cleanliness for the space.

A Stage 2 cleaning may include more detailed and thorough cleaning to make the space ready for living or working. It often involves:

No, post construction cleaning does not include the inside of  appliances and is not considered a move in/out service. Service extras can be added on to upgrade the post construction cleaning to help achieve desired results.

Disinfecting Services​

The rate for disinfecting services is based on the square footage of the property and the service or choice. The cleanings offered include our Cleaning/Sanitizing/Fogging ($0.50 Per Sqft) or Sanitizing/Fogging ($0.25 Per Sqft) service.

Rates may vary depending on the size and condition of the space.

Our Cleaning/Sanitizing/Fogging service includes a standard cleaning of the home, sanitizing of high traffic touch points such as, door knobs, light switches, etc. The service is finalized with a fogging through out the property. The Sanitizing/Fogging service excludes the cleaning of the property and focuses mainly on sanitizing frequently touched surfaces and a fogging of the property.

Tasker services are additional services provided by Too Green Cleaning for both residential and commercial customers. These services allow customers to add specific tasks to their cleaning appointment, enhancing convenience and customization.

You can request a wide range of basic tasks, such as:

  • Bringing in delivery boxes or packages.
  • Feeding pets.
  • Watering plants.
  • Completing specific chores or special requests that can be performed within the designated time.

Tasker services are available at a rate of $20 per 30-minute task. This pricing ensures flexibility and affordability for customers looking to add tasks to their cleaning appointments.

Yes, Tasker services are available for both residential and commercial properties. Whether you need assistance at home or in your business space, we can accommodate your task requests.

We are a cashless business and only accept payment via debit or credit cards. ( For residential clients only ) You can pay for your service via online or phone. I hold will be placed on your card automatically charged the morning of your appointment. 

Deposits are needed to secure appointment dates and time slots. We suggest paying deposits as soon as possible to secure the desired date of service.

Yes, hour hourly rate is $70.40 Per Hour with a (2.5) Two and a half hour minimum. 

The company has a minimum of $119 to dispatch a technician for service. This price includes 2.5 hours of only standard service needs. Any additional time after the given time will be charged at the hourly rate. Sign up for our email and text updates to get special offers and discounts.

If parking is not available, clients are required to provide an area for the technician to conveniently unload and load equipment for the service. The company does not provide payment for parking. Technicians pay out of pocket and are reimbursed by the company for parking expenses. 

The  service rate includes one bathroom. Each additional full bathroom is $27.25 and half bathroom is $13.75
