Living Room and Hallway
- Blinds dusted
- Entertainment Center dusted
- End tables dusted
- Lamps dusted
- Pictures dusted
- Mirrors cleaned
- Windowsills wiped/dusted
- Trash emptied
- Stairs (Vacuumed and/or Dusted)
- Floors (Vacuumed and/or Mopped)
Bathrooms
- Countertop cleaned and disinfected
- Sink cleaner and disinfected
- Cabinet exterior wiped down
- Fixtures cleaned and/or shined
- Shower/tub cleaned
- Toilets cleaned and sanitized
- Floor vacuumed and mopped
- Trash emptied
Bedrooms
- Furniture and accessories dusted
- Floors (vacuumed and/or mopped)
- Windowsills wiped/dusted
- Wipe down window panel
- Dust light fixtures
- Wipe down light switches
- Wipe down Surfaces
- Empty Trash
Kitchen
- Refrigerator exteriors cleaned
- Oven exterior cleaned
- Stovetop wiped down
- Dishwasher exterior cleaned
- Microwave cleaned (Exterior)
- Small appliances on counters wiped down
- Countertop cleaned and disinfected
- Sink cleaned and disinfected
- Cabinet faces wiped down
- Backsplash cleaned
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Windowsills wiped/dusted
- Trash emptied
- Walk Through WITHOUT client to ensure things are cleaned
- Walk Through WITH client (fix Items at Clients request if included in service)
Deep Cleanings include additional time and are area specific.
Move In/Out Cleaning
Move In/Out Checklist
- ALL Cleanings Begin with Dusting Hi and Low ALL Rooms (Baseboards, Ceiling Fans, Corners of Rooms)
- Window seals and ledges hand wiped (Complete throughout Floor/Each Room/Bathroom(s)
- All Door and Door frames hand wiped (Complete throughout Floor/Each Room/Bathroom(s)
- Hand Wipe all Noticeable Stains/Debri on Walls, etc.
- Closets; Dusted, cleaned and disinfected
- Carpet edges vacuumed
- Vacuum all floors
- All floors swept & mopped
BATHROOM(S)
- Dust air vents
- Cleaned & Disinfected; Tiles, tub, sinks, toilets, shower doors,
- Cabinets (Inside&Out) if accessible
- Clean mirrors
- Sweep/Vacuum/Mop Floors
- light fixtures
KITCHEN
- Clean & Sanitize Inside/outside of all appliances ( 1 OF EACH APPLIANCE )
- Clean & Sanitize Inside/outside of all Cabinets
- Clean & Sanitize All knobs, fixtures, light switches
- Wash & Polish all surfaces
- Sweep/Vacuum & Mop Floors
- End Of Cleaning WalkThrough (Not With Client) MAKE SURE to look over every room ensuring that the area was properly cleaned. Also, use this time to take notes of any problem areas or recommendations.
- Final Walk Through with Client – Go through each room TOP to Bottom with Client and reference This CHECKLIST. Tell them each thing you completed in each room. If a client has an issue with anything, FIX it .
